Summary
Our company's self-designed and manufactured breathing valve testing platform has the functions of positive pressure exhalation test and negative pressure inhalation test. Its compact structure, complete functions, convenient operation, and sensitive and accurate characteristics have been widely used in various material reserve centers such as PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, and others, and are highly welcomed by users.
Operational principle
The breathing valve detection platform consists of a vacuum pump, an air and detection panel, a control valve, and a detection platform. (Positive pressure air source to be provided by the customer) Use a vacuum pump to obtain negative pressure to detect the suction opening pressure of the breathing valve, and use an air pump to obtain positive pressure to detect the exhalation opening pressure of the breathing valve, in order to detect whether the suction and exhalation pressure values of the breathing valve meet the standards (currently the national standard SY/T0511-1996), and determine whether the breathing valve is qualified.
