The safety valve grinding table adopts a dynamic grinding method to repair the sealing surface of the safety valve seat. Its working method is to rotate the safety valve seat, hold the grinding tool stationary, and keep the plane in contact with the sealing surface of the valve seat, so that the sealing surface is evenly ground. Practice has proven that the effect is good. The valve needs to move multiple trajectories during grinding in order to achieve uniform grinding of the sealing surface and achieve satisfactory flatness requirements. The refrigeration of sealing surface grinding depends on the flatness and hardness of the grinding tool and the operating method.
2、 Equipment structure
The safety valve dynamic grinding machine consists of a single-phase AC motor, a reducer, a frequency converter, a workbench, and accessories.
This equipment is a dual station, with the right station used for grinding the valve seat sealing surface and the other station for grinding the valve disc sealing surface.
Considering the different diameters of the safety valve, there is a frequency conversion speed control device and a porous plate configuration to adapt to the changing linear speed.
