Shandong Saisite interface needle valve is a metal to metal sealing form that can be used for gas and liquid media, and can maintain good safety and stability even in extreme environments.

To ensure the traceability of valves, Shandong Saisite has detailed data records for each high-pressure shut-off valve, such as batch number, maximum working pressure, part number, model and name.

Adopting a special design, the sealing ring material of the standard valve can be used in extreme temperatures, which is polytetrafluoroethylene graphite and can be used at temperatures up to 450F (230 ° G). Valves made of high-temperature resistant materials or other sealing materials can operate in environments ranging from -423F to 1200 ° F (-252 ° C to 650C), with corresponding suffix models as shown in the following figure:

The part in contact with the medium is made of stainless steel material, and the valve stem is 17-4PH, which has excellent corrosion resistance.

The metal to metal sealing form has a good sealing effect and extends the service life of the valve needle and valve seat, ensuring cycle durability.

The use of PTFE+graphite sealing ring and metal support ring makes the sealing of the valve needle more reliable.

Non rotating valve needles can prevent valve seat wear.

The material used for the valve needle sleeve and screw sleeve reduces the rotational torque and increases the service life of the thread.

All threaded surfaces of valve needle sleeves have undergone rolling treatment to ensure smooth operation.

If your working temperature range is from 1 (-17) to 450F (230C), Shandong Saisite recommends using components with tubular connections and PTE sealing materials.
When using anaerobic sealants, the sealing manufacturer's usage requirements should be followed. Conical valve needle, used for adjusting and closing.
**The Cv value is a two digit direct flow coefficient. The Cv value of a right angled two-way valve needs to be increased by 50% on this basis.
