Gas driven airtightness test bench
The pneumatic airtightness test bench is a testing device driven by compressed air, used to test the airtightness of various products or systems. This device applies gas pressure to the tested component and monitors pressure changes or flow rates to determine if there are leaks, ensuring the sealing performance of the product in actual use.
The air supply system provides stable compressed air to ensure the pressure requirements during the testing process. The pressure control module regulates the gas pressure to the required value for testing with a pressure regulating valve. The testing fixture is customized according to the shape of the tested part, used to stabilize the test sample and ensure the sealing of the connection. Data acquisition and control system PLC or industrial control computer: achieve automation of testing process, real-time control of gas flow and pressure. Display interface: used to display testing parameters such as pressure, time, and leakage, making it convenient for operators to monitor. The leak detection module detects pressure drops or flow changes caused by leaks, and determines whether they are qualified based on preset thresholds. During testing, connect the test piece to the test bench and apply the specified gas pressure. Monitor pressure changes or detect leakage flow within the specified time. If the pressure drops beyond the preset range or the flow rate exceeds the threshold, it is determined that the airtightness is not qualified.
Confirm that the equipment is in good condition during use, check the air source pressure and the connection of the tested component. According to the testing requirements, set the testing pressure, time, and threshold. Start the device and apply pressure to the tested object. The device will monitor and record pressure or flow data in real-time. Automatically determine whether the airtightness is qualified (based on the preset leakage rate or pressure drop range). Generate test reports and provide data traceability. Regularly calibrate sensors, clean equipment, and check the sealing of the pneumatic system. Main functions and features:
1. High precision measurement
Using high-precision sensors such as pressure sensors and flow sensors, real-time monitoring of gas pressure changes can detect small leaks.
2. Multiple testing modes
Pressure maintenance test: Apply a certain pressure to the tested object and monitor the pressure changes to determine if there is a leak.
Flow detection test: measure the flow rate of leaked gas.
Differential pressure test: Compare the pressure difference changes between the test piece and the reference piece.
3. Efficient automation:
Realize full automation of the testing process through PLC or industrial computer, with precise and reliable data acquisition and processing.
An integrated visual inspection system can be used to ensure the safety and traceability of the entire testing process.
4. Customized design
Customize fixtures and testing procedures according to specific testing requirements, suitable for products of different specifications.
5. Wide adaptability:
Can adapt to various gas sources such as air, nitrogen, etc. Configure specialized fixtures and jigs according to the different shapes and sizes of the tested components.
6. Security design:
Equipped with pressure over limit alarm and emergency stop device to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. Compliant with relevant industry standards such as ISO and ASTM.
