Hydrostatic Test Machine for Gas Cylinder

Shineeast Hydrostatic test machine for gas cylinder is water jacket test method, which is applicable to all hydrostatic testing where determination of volumetric expansions are required. It consists of enclosing a cylinder filled with water inside a test jacket filled with water. Pressure is then applied internally to the cylinder, causing the cylinder to expand. The total and permanent volumetric expansions of the cylinder are determined by measuring the amount of water displaced by the expansion of the cylinder when under pressure and after pressure has been released. This is the only testing method that will requalifiy a cylinder for charging to 10% in excess of the marked service pressure.

 

Shineeast Hydrostatic Test Machine for Gas Cylinder is applicable to the external measurement hydrostatic testing of various high-pressure gas cylinders, and the complete set of operation tests such as empty cylinder weighing, water injection, exhausting air, full cylinder weighing, hydrostatic testing etc. are carried out by computer. Cylinder Internal Dryer Machine

Shineeast Cylinder Internal Dryer Machine is used for drying the internal of gas cylinder after hydrostatic testing, and the simplest way to remove the water inside the cylinder is to blow it with hot air. This equipment adopts electric heating mode, and the temperature is adjustable. The fan sends hot air to the inside of the cylinder for drying.

The equipment is equipped with electric heater and fan, with compact structure, convenient installation, simple use and reliable performance, it is one of the necessary special equipment for internal drying of gas cylinders.

Combined Machine for Cleaning, Drying and Pouring Water

The combined machine is equipped with clamping device and gear motor, which make the machine have the function of turning over gas cylinder 180 degrees, this can realize gas cylinder pouring water; the machine is also equipped with one high pressure water pump and one steam vapor machine, the high pressure water pump is in charge of cleaning the internal of the cylinder, and the steam vapor machine is used for drying the internal of the cylinder.

The process sequence of the machine is pouring water—cleaning the inside of cylinder---drying the inside of cylinder.

The machine is applicable to the cylinders with diameter between 200mm and 406mm, with height 700-1300mm; and it can deal with one gas cylinder at one time.
