Product Description
G series gas-liquid booster pump
The G series gas-liquid booster pump adopts a single gas controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion of the pump. The gas drive part of the pump body is entirely made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy components are processed and oxidized to black to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the product.
The material of the liquid receiving part is selected from carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media, and the complete set of seals for the pump are all imported high-quality products, thus ensuring the performance of the pump. The diameter of the drive piston in this series is 160mm.

The maximum driving air pressure is 10 bar. To ensure the lifespan of the pump, it is recommended to use an air pressure of ≤ 8 bar.

*The boost ratio is the area of the driving piston divided by the area of the hydraulic plunger
*Static outlet pressure (estimated and maximum allowable) at an air driven pressure of 8 bar (116 psi)
*The flow rate is the approximate flow rate of the liquid pump when the air driven pressure is 6 bar (87 psi) and the outlet pressure is 0
*The minimum driving pressure required for the operation of the liquid pump is 3 bar (43.5 psi), and a certain output pressure is achieved based on a specific pressure ratio

GD series gas-liquid booster pump
The GD series pump is a single pneumatic head double acting pump with the same characteristics as the M series pump, but compared with the G series pump of the same specification, the pulse is smaller and its flow rate is 50% higher than the M series single acting pump.
